Terms of Service.

The terms on which we provide advisory services and operate this website.

1 · About these terms

These terms govern the use of this website and the framework for advisory engagements with CIVIL-TEK HOLDINGS LTD (company No. 16459114). Each engagement is additionally governed by a written fixed-fee quote accepted by both parties.

2 · Nature of our services

We provide corporate structure analysis and advisory services. Our written analysis and charts are professional opinions based on records available at the time of preparation. They do not constitute legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice or regulated financial advice. Where appropriate we will recommend you take specialist legal, accounting or tax advice.

3 · Fees

Fees are fixed and agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable within 14 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts after one written reminder.

4 · Cancellation and refunds

Consumers may cancel an engagement within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where work has begun at your express request during the cancellation period, we charge only for work completed up to cancellation. If we cancel for reasons within our control before delivery, fees paid are refunded in full within 14 days. Business engagements follow the written fixed-fee quote.

5 · Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate records and to tell us promptly about anything that changes the picture. Our analysis is only as good as the information available to us.

6 · Confidentiality

Both parties keep confidential information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This duty survives the end of the engagement.

7 · Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim connected with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8 · Website content

Website content is provided for general information. It does not constitute advice on your specific structure, and no client relationship is created by using this website.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
